Ways to purchase tickets.

Customer may purchase tickets for events in one of the following ways:

Buy a ticket in one of the box offices of KVYTKY UA network. Tickets to any event at any venue can be purchased at any box office of KVYTKY UA network because the information about tickets is contained in a single centralized KVYTKY UA system and the tickets can be printed out immediately upon purchase.
Buy an electronic ticket (e-ticket). In order to do this, choose the event, pay for the ticket with a credit card and print it on a white A4 paper. One "e-ticket" admits only one person to the event. If you purchase several tickets with a credit card, each person should have an own print-out. Each e-ticket has a specially encrypted unique barcode created by us. The system scans the barcode at the entrance of the venue. Unauthorized duplication of e-tickets, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. In case of e-ticketing fraud, the first activated by the system e-ticket will be considered original.
Make an online reservation at www.kvytky.ua and pick the ticket up at any box office of KVYTKY UA network. When booking, the customer must provide their contact data. After the order is processed the customer receives to the indicated e-mail a notification with a link to their order and 18 digit reservation code. Customer can pick up the reserved tickets at any box office of KVYTKY UA network presenting the reservation code. Any person who has the 18 digit reservation code provided at the time of booking can pick up the ticket. Online orders must be fully redeemed, i.e. they can not be redeemed partly.
Order courier delivery online or by phone. +38 (044) 238 28 88 When booking, the customer must provide their contact data. The order must necessarily include: full name, phone number and city of receipt, for faster service please indicate your e-mail. Tickets are delivered within Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
For Kyiv:
- Time of delivery - within 2 working days
- Method of payment - cash
- Delivery fee - 20,00 uah
For other cities:
- Time of delivery - within 3 working days after payment confirmation
- Method of payment - bank transfer
- Delivery fee - 50,00 uah
The courier will contact you prior to delivery to coordinate the time of delivery. Delivery fee does not depend on the number of ordered tickets. You pay for your order in cash to the courier upon receipt.

Validity of orders

When booking tickets online, the reservation is valid for 24 hours from the time of on-line reservation.
Online ticket reservation and the courier delivery option will close automatically 3 days prior to the event start date. If there are less than 3 days to the event, the customer can purchase tickets at any box office of KVYTKY UA network.
The time of courier delivery when ordering tickets by phone ranges from 1 to 2 business days.

Refusal of a ticket

Customer may refuse of an ordered but not yet received tickets:

In case of online booking - the reservation is canceled automatically if the tickets are not purchased within 24 hours from the time of online reservation.
In case of phone order - customer can refuse of the tickets any time by phone. +38 (044) 238-28-88.

Lost, damaged or invalid ticket.

The holders of lost damaged or in any way defaced tickets will be denied entry to the event. The company does not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Claims will not be accepted.
Customer is obliged to keep the ticket during the time of event and present it on the venue to the representatives of the events organizer at any time upon request.

Refunds and exchanges

Policies generally prohibit KVYTKY UA from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. The return of the tickets is only possible in case of event cancellation.
KVYTKY UA acts as an agent between event organizers and the audience. Company KVYTKY UA is not responsible for canceled events, changes in dates, delay, quality and other issues related to the activities of the organizer. It is the sole responsibility of the organizer.
The refunds for cancelled events are issued by event organizer. In case of event cancellation the detailed information about how you can get a refund will be available at our web-page www.kvytky.ua and in the box offices of KVYTKY UA network.

Privacy Policy

KVYTKY UA collects personal data about you when you purchase tickets via our system. "Personal data" includes information that will allow someone to identify or contact you (full name, telephone number, email address, postal address). They are confidential and available only to employees responsible for managing this data. KVYTKY UA will use your personal data to provide you with services and products that you purchase. These data are necessary to ensure fast and high quality services and they can not be transferred to third parties. Any financial information (such as customers account number) is not available and is not stored in KVYTKY UA system.
